The Property

A friendship born out of shared deep values: respect for the land, love of wine and a desire to preserve and enhance Cagnore’s identity.
They lead the project with enthusiasm and vision, interweaving international experience and local roots.
The agronomist
Marco Menghini
With a long experience in viticulture, Marco Menghini is the Agronomist guardian of the vitality and productivity of our vineyards. His agronomic and viticultural philosophy combines traditional practices and modern techniques, always with the utmost scientific approach and with extreme respect for the environment and terroir of Cagnore.
The Specialist
Daniel Mazzieri
Agronomist, Daniele historical collaborator of Marco Menghini, takes care of the details of vineyard management.
His practical experience and knowledge of the vine are fundamental to the quality of the grapes and wines produced.
The winemaker
Gabriele Bovari
ViniDiCagnore originated thanks to Gabriele Bovari, a passionate and meticulous winemaker.
His sensitivity and respectful approach to the raw material allow the authenticity and richness of our grapes to be translated into each bottle.

Andrea Cipolletti and Daniele Squadroni
ViniDiCagnore ‘s wine production relies on the indispensable collaboration of Andrea Cipolletti and Daniele Squadroni, our two skilled and knowledgeable business associates who take care of the manual operations in the vineyard and the operational management of winemaking in the Cellar up to bottling.
The Engineer
Marcello Muzzi
An engineer with a strong sensitivity to caring for the environment and enhancing the territory, he designed the Cellar of ViniDiCagnore, completely underground, as a functional container, traditional and innovative at the same time.
He then devoted himself to the restoration of the seventeenth-century manor house, rich in history and refined sobriety, to recover places to stay and meet, under the banner of good living.
The Art Director
Pamela Natalini
Designer and Photographer, she curates the visual identity of ViniDiCagnore , coordinating its communication up to event management. Her aesthetic vision extends to the recovery of the winery’s manor house: a restoration and interior design project aimed at transforming the historic home into a charming destination, a reference point for food and wine and cultural hospitality in the area.
The Artist
Maria Beatrice Tarabusi
Maria Beatrice Tarabusi is an architect and illustrator working at her Bologna atelier where she creates commissioned projects and teaches drawing classes. On the strength of her long professional experience, today she also expresses her creativity in the wine sector, taking care of the artistic realization of ViniDiCagnore labels.
